[TYPO3-windows] WG: troubles to get typo3 on iis7 working

I am trying to set up typo3 on a win 2008/iis7 server.

I already installed mySQL 5.1.41 and php 5.3.1

I am able to open the self created phpinfo.php site and the php config is shown. So I think php is working fine.

I installed the Typo3 4.3.0 (source and dummy) und I am able to log in at the typo3 installer with the default Password.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the password neither to click a link like Basic configuration, ...

The error internal Server failure appears all the time!

Ich versuche das Type 3 auf einem IIS7 zum Laufen zubringen. 

Betriebsystem ist Microsoft 2008 64Bit.

Installiert ist mySQL 5.1.41 und php 5.3.1.

Auf der Standardseite habe ich ein phpinfo.php file erstellt und die php Konfiguration wird so im Browser angezeigt. Da gehe ich grundsätzlich davon aus, dass php funktioniert.

Nun habe ich eine neue Website eingerichtet und die Typo3 4.3.0 (source und dummy) reinkopiert.

Ich kann auf den Typo3 installer zugreifen und das Standardpasswort eingeben. Die Anmeldung funktioniert.
Dann aber ist Schluss. Ich kann weder das Installpasswort ändern, noch zur Basic Config weitergehen oder den DB Analyser starten. Es folgt immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung:

500 - Interner Serverfehler

Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen?
