[TYPO3-windows] Windows IIS Typo3 Environment - running ImageMagick in PHP safe_mode

I am working on a documentation installating Typo3 under OS Win 2k3 / IIS. If I ever have it finished I would distibute it freely. (Thanx, Karl-E., for your help on ImageMagick & Ghostscript I would like to mention your name, if you don´t mind...)
I have a question for /gs and /ImageMagick: which permissions are necessary for \gs and \ImageMagick directories under Windows? I install in directory C:\Progs (outside of wwwroot) that also contains the directory \php. The websites application pool is configured to run under "Local System" Identity. In php.ini, safe_ mode is Off and the directory C:\Progs is contained in safe_mode_exec_dir. IUSR and IIS_WPG have read an execute everywhere including cmd.exe. Is there anything else important?

Karl E. mentioned to copy cmd.exe to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv" - he said that IIS Worker process has Acces to this directory... But by Windows default installation - this is not so... can anyone acknowledge this?

This is the way I did it: (sorry - german language... please drop me a

Installation von ImageMagick und Ghostscript zur automatisierten 
Grafikbearbeitung

1.) AFPL Ghostscript-Setup "gs853w32.exe" ausführen.
Zielverzeichnis: "C:\Programme\gs". Installation mit den Ghostscript Fonts.

2.) Setup-Programm "ImageMagick-6.2.6-5-Q16-windows-dll.exe" ausführen.
Installation in "C:\Programme\ImageMagick".
Bei "Select Additional Tasks" die Option "Update Executable Search Path"
aktivieren.
Der Erfolg der Installation kann wie es im Setup-Fenster angezeigt wird 
über die Kommandozeile getestet werden. (Die Kommandozeile muss nach der 
Installation geöffnet werden, damit die neuen Umgebungsvariablen zur 
Verfügung stehen.)

3.) Für einen Aufruf des ImageMagick Kommandozeilenprogramms durch php 
(bzw. den Webserverprozess) muss die Datei "cmd.exe" aus dem Verzeichnis 
"C:\WINDOWS\system32" in das Verzeichnis "C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv"
kopiert werden, da der IIS-Prozess hier Zugriffsrechte hat.

4.) TYPO3-Install-Tool: 1:Basic Configuration
Unter "Search for ImageMagick:" den Pfad zu Imagemagick 
("C:\Programme\ImageMagick") eintragen und "Send" drücken.
Danach noch [GFX][TTFdpi] auf 96 setzen
