[TYPO3-windows] New TYPO3Winstaller Package

Hi at all,

im working on a new TYPO3Winstaller Package vor Version 4.1 and searching
for some Beta-Testers ;-)

Here you can find the Zip-Package:

I have tested on WinXP and Win2000, a test on Vista or Win98 would be
helpful.

Please focus the following tests:
- Setup of the TYPO3-Instances ok (Dummy,Quickstart,Testsite)?
- Port-Numbers for Apache/Mysql ok? (8502/8501)
- Install Server as Services (Options-Dialog)
- creating new Dummy-Instance
- run from portable hardware
- run from CD (after Setup the instances)
