[TYPO3-windows] IIS 6.0 and php + Default SMTP server

I had to add the external interface's ip and the mailserver ip to the
allowed relays (not quite sure why i/someone added the latter). I had
problems sending mails through DirectMail later on (see
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=5661).
