[TYPO3-windows] Typo3 on iis7 - cant install - blank page

Which user do you have that starts with these five characters "IUSR_" ?
IIS automatically creates one.
I havent worked with IIS7 to be honest. But I just set week ago IIS6 
with PHP 5.2.3, MySQL 4.1.x pretty easily. And I can tell you what to do 
if you have IIS6 because I cannot confirm if there are any diff. between 
IIS6 and IIS7
