[TYPO3-windows] FW: Typo3Winstaller and GraphicsMagick

It seems that one of my problems are that GraphicsMagick and  
ImageMagick are not enabled:

GraphicsMagick enabled: 0
GraphicsMagick path: C:\GraphicsMagick2\ (1.1.10)
GraphicsMagick path/LZW: C:\ GraphicsMagick2\ ()
Version 5/GraphicsMagick flag: gm

GDLib enabled: 1
GDLib using PNG: 1
GDLib 2 enabled: 1
IM5 effects enabled: -1 (Blurring/Sharpening with IM 5+)
Freetype DPI: 96 (Should be 96 for Freetype 2)
Mask invert: 0 (Should be set for some IM versions approx. 5.4+)

File Formats: gif,jpg,jpeg,tif,bmp,pcx,tga,png,pdf,ai,psd,eps

My GFX setup looks like:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["GFX"]["im_path"] = 'C:\\GraphicsMagick2\\';
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["GFX"]["im_version_5"] = 'gm';


How on earth do I do that? I have tried everything (I think).
