[TYPO3-windows] Can't install on windows server with IE6

Hello,
In fact I managed to install typo3 with IE by changing the sub-domain name.
But I still have this problem of access to the install tool, with any 
browser.
I checked the localconf.php and the $typo3_conf_vars is the original 
one, there are no other one.
