[TYPO3-windows] Installing on IIS

Anyone have any experience setting t3 up on iis?

We've got php, mysql & t3 running.  Database created, user setup and 
configured.

All seems well, but t3 can't talk to the db: "Could not connect to SQL 
database!"

phpinfo looks good:

We can talk to the db with the mysql adminstrator gui (handy tool), but 
just can't seem to get there with typo3.

Any tips/assistance would be much apprciated.
