[TYPO3-windows] Problems with T3 installers

Hello TonyG,

Use the zip packages on Windows XP. The tar.gz packages are made for *nix/mac 
os X. and are using symlinks. You haven't the possibility to using symlinks 
on windows.

for details on installing the quickstart zip package.
