[Typo3-windows] No GraphicsMagick or ImageMagick but, GD2 installed ???

Okay, I think I have all my other questions answered, but the graphics issue 
still looms large.

Here's what I have on my server:

gd
GD Support  enabled
GD Version  bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support  enabled
FreeType Linkage  with freetype
GIF Read Support  enabled
GIF Create Support  enabled
JPG Support  enabled
PNG Support  enabled
WBMP Support  enabled
XBM Support  enabled

Is there a graphics workaround for GD2?
