[Typo3-windows] symlinks in windows

uh. I dont think this is the right way? it creates copy...now if I 
delete it, it deletes the source ... and cant remove it with
junction -d typo3_src ..\t3_source
it doesnt really behave like in unix/linux

anyone? should i just make shortcut :))
