[Typo3-windows] symlinks in windows

heya

note first: i read about winbolic but have no .net framework around so..
i got junction. now for the dummy site, it's install.txt says:
"6 Check the symlink "typo3_src" in this directory which should point to
   the source directory"

how do i do that under windows?
junction -q typo3_src ..\t3_source
wont work. and that is i guess because typo3_src already exist. i've 
deleted and add junction all over again using the same. is that the way 
to proceed?
