[Typo3-windows] Strange Error concerning hosts...

Looks like Typo3 expects

Insert the following line into the file 
c:/apache/htdocs/quickstart/typo3conf/localconf.php:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["SYS"]["doNotCheckReferer"] =1;
