[Typo3-windows] Strange Error concerning hosts...

The package I have installed is WAMP-installer+quickstart-3.5.0 on a 
Win2K machine and I get the following error message any time I try to 
edit text in the backend modules...

|Error: Referer host did not match with server host.|

What is the meaning of this error??
