[Typo3-windows] What to use as smtp server on Typo/Windows?

On Linux I could use sendmail or postfix or whatever. But if I am only
offered a Windows server, what can I use as an smtp server to work with
Typo3?

I'm mainly thinking of being able to process feedback forms within typo3,
and I suppose I could "cheat" and provide, instead of a form, a mailto:
link.

But is there an smtp server (free? cheap? simple? don't say MS-Exchange!)
that will work with Typo3 on windows?
