[Typo3-UG UK] Looking for summer job in the UK

Hi Typo3-NG

this is my template:
http://132.187.22.15/magda/templat.txt. the problem is , that all the layers 
[submenu 1 and 2] are shown in the upper left corner, while loading the page 
for the first time.
then everything works fine.
how do i make the layers hidden?
