[Typo3-UG UK] installation - problem with permisions

This is not a real answer for your problem, but a hint for someone else:

You have tried to post to the list but the mail was not accepted, so you
asket how this could happen.

The reason for this is that your email address is shown to be

 monigra15 at .syntax-error

which is of course not reachable.

Please check your mail client configuration (looks like IMP) and fix the
problem.
