[TYPO3-UG US] High-availability TYPO3 hosting needed

Dennis,

99.99% is seeming to be more realistic. 5-minute failover between data
centers is acceptable as well.

The goal is not to have more than 5-minutes of downtime during a
disaster such as a loss of data center or great leap in traffic.
