Yes, this is a joomla site. I have done several over the past couple of months - only because the leaning curve for Joomla, was less
than Typo3. I hope that we could all change that. Personally, I think that is one reason more people are not using it. Just to give
you an idea of my goals, I hope to get a solid understanding of how the template system works, so that I can produce templates for
T3, while also doing custom design work. I did that with an ecommerce package some time ago, and had strong success with that. 

To all members of the list:

I would like to ask, how do other manage all the different conversation through a maillist, I like using a forum to communicate with
others, I am able to search for past information, and participate in different discussions at once without my brain going on
overload. Would people be open to setting up a simple forum, to help keep things organized? Is there one that is already in use? Are
people open to migrating conversation there, and using the list for things like annoucements? Or am I the only one who is not used
to this way of conversation?

I like the brightness and visual intensity of your website. Is that a Joomla site?

I'm not sure how the typo3-usa.com site came about. It's probable that Manos got tired of waiting and just did something. I can chat
with Manos next week to see what his feelings are about joining forces for Typo3 marketing.
