Valid point. How about registering typo3-na.com (?) and getting this
small site up and running? If you don't have time now to turn the
designs into templates or any other things just say how would you
split the work and we'll see who can do what.

I think it's very important to do something tangible very quick - even
if it's just going to be 3-4 pages pointing to this mailing list, list
of people involved, trade shows and that's it. Obviously long-term and
large-scale projects like the one we just tried won't work when the
community is yet to be build. Maybe we should start with smaller
steps, more informal decision making process and management and lower
expectations.
