Hey Nick,

Quito, Ecuador here!!
I agree about the Spanish version for LA. I registered typo3-la.com for 
that purpose.
However I cannot work on that until next year.

I properly can get 1 girl to do translations from English to Spanish for 
most needed textual
items.
