I have just done that and i noticed that you do not have a screendesign
yet. If you want i could send you an "official looking" TYPO3 template
that i've made for http://gov.typo3.com.

Or i could send/give you access to the template that i'm working on at

Both templates are tableless, validate xhtml trans and wai/wcag.

Maybe i can help make TYPO3 *big* success in the US :-)
