[TYPO3-UG US] Documentation team update

Hello all,

A couple of new things have been happening. The biggest of which is that 
Peter Kindström, maintainer of wiki.typo3.org, is "retiring" from the 
position, and guess who now has those responsibilities.

Also, please welcome Richard Fowler and Johnny Peck to the documentation 
group. I already announced Richard, but posted that message to the wrong 
list, so...

The Direct Mail tutorial has been reviewed, thank you Virgil.

A couple of people mentioned beginner's manuals, there is a project in 
the works that will include a new pseudo-business to use as an example 
site, and there will be lots of new "QuickStart"-type manuals, Flash 
tutorials and other goodies. So keep tuned to this station!

Moving right along, if anyone has any suggestions to add to the list, 
don't forget to send them on!
