Customers Section on TYPO3.us

Subgroup 1: Case Studies
We need case studies! No project is too big or too small. So please send
them to michelle at typo3.us and make sure you have permission from your
customer to use them. Also, I'm going to be emailing individual
developers and consultancies to ask for specific case studies as well.
Don't worry about the writing. We just want anything you can give us. I
have editors available to look it over and help with rewrites. Of
course, you will have final approval before it is posted.

The format to follow for the Case Studies is:

I. Customer Business Profile
Tell us about your customer. What do they do? Where are they located?
How long have they been in business?

II. Market
What market is your customer in? Be general and specific. For example,
small business and photography.

III. Challenges
What was your customer's goal for the project? What was in the way of
meeting that goal?

IV. Solution
Why did you use TYPO3 for this project? How did using TYPO3 help to
overcome the challenges?

V. Results
What has been the benefits of using TYPO3 for the project? Customers'
quotes are a welcome addition here.

VI. About XXXX (Consultancy/Developer/Freelancer name here)
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your company. What kind
of services do you offer? What markets do you target? How long have you
been in business?

Subgroup 2: Testimonials
Is the software easy to use for your client? If so, how? Was the
software easy to use for you as a consultant? Did it fulfill a need in
your business? What has been the benefit to you or your client? We need
good quotes. Short and simple.
