[TYPO3-UG US] Extension update

Hi all,

Today, I worked on the News manual. It's 70 pages, so I'll have to 
finish it tomorrow.

I was also informed that the Advanced Banner Management plugin was 
updated today, so it will be a good opportunity to see how easy it will 
be to locate changes and merge them into the reviewed version. Yippee.

Gabe Anast has thankfully volunteered to help, so he's working on the 
TemplaVoila manual.

I contacted the main doc list and am awaiting a reply from them.
