If you have shell access you're fine.

Get statick graphicsmagick from

http://typo3.sunsite.dk/software/linux/graphicsmagick-1.1.6_i386-static-2.tar.gz

Upload it via FTP, then

tar xvzf

it somewhere, specify the path to it in the install tool and you should be fine.
