[TYPO3-UG US] TYPO3 US: audience

The box/no box discussion calls up a larger question: Who is the  
site's primary audience? (Apologies if this was discussed before I  
joined the list.)

Is the site primarily targeted at:
a) high-level decision-makers (who will have little or no interaction  
with the TYPO3 implementation)
b) content editors
c) developers
d) none of the above/others?

I'd say the focus should be on content editors. Developers are savvy  
and will have no problem finding the info & resources they need on  
the site, but a site that is consciously developer-oriented might  
seem confusing or "too technical" for content editors and their check- 
signing supervisors. The site's primary goals are marketing &  
support, but for whom?
