Hello together,

it depends on the target of the NPO package. While the motto is
"Learning TYPO3" it is necessary to to teach the basics. There should be
no descussion about this. When the target is to show how it flashes,
rings, and whistles it should contain TV.

Now the motto is "Learning TYPO3". But I think there is a solution for
this dispute. The ECT plans to release precondigured packages to use
them (not to teach by them). A TV version of NPO could be released as
one of planned ECT packages.
