[TYPO3-UG Turkey] Extension install error

TYPO3 version 3.8.0 is currently using on my site. I want to install an
extension is ready for extension management department:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in / home /*******/
public_html/typo3conf/temp_CACHED_ps366d_ext_localconf.php on line 251

How can I solve this situation?
