[TYPO3-UG Japan] translation server updated, ready for TYPO3 4.3

Dear TUGJ members,
Dear Japanese translators,

The translation server was updated with version 4.3 incl. updates for 
extensions. This is also to prepare for the final release of TYPO3 4.3 
on Nov 28. It would be great, if all Japanese translations can be 
uploaded before the final release.

Please also see the message of Ingmar in the translators ML.

Hi guys,

as you might know, the release of TYPO3 4.3 is scheduled for Saturday,
28 November 2009.

So if you'd like to have TYPO3 translated into your language until then,
this is your chance go ahead!

The server team will try to make sure the synchronization process is
working again until then.

Looking forward to a great release, and thanks a lot for your efforts!
