Sinds enkele dagen draai ik typo3-4.2.0beta3 en zie het volgende:

Clean up database:
What is it?
This function will become a general clean up manager for various tables
used by TYPO3. By now you can only empty the cache which is used for
storing image sizes of all pictures used in TYPO3.

Table cache_imagesizes does not exist!
The table cache_imagesizes was not found. Please check your database
settings in Basic Configuration and compare your table definition with the
Database Analyzer.

Dus draai ik de Database analyzer -> compare:

Update database tables and fields:
Table and field definitions are OK.
The tables and fields in the current database corresponds perfectly to the
database in the selected SQL-file.

En zoals te verwachten was, ik update altijd erg netjes, is de database
tabel volkomen in orde.

Weet jij, of iemand anders mij te vertellen waar die tegenstelling vandaan
kan komen en hoe ze (eventueel) op te lossen?

Wat is die tabel cache_imagesizes? En is die echt weg uit 4.2?
