[TYPO3-UG Dutch] dutch language pack

Lijkt me een duidelijke foutmelding. Via extension manager kiezen in het
dropdownmenu aan de bovenkant voor Translation Handling. Dutch selecteren,
Save Selection, en dan update from repository.
