Ik heb in de localconf.php de ext verwijderd en de temp_CACHED files 
verwijderd en ik kan er weer in.

Het probleem was denk ik dat ik nog mbi_categories actief had en die is 
van tt_products afhankelijk.

In de localconf.php heb ik die dus ook verwijderd.
