[TYPO3-UG Dutch] Nieuwe community extensie

Je bedoeld voor typo3.nl? Ik weet niet of je daar echt een community 
wilt gaan draaien waar mensen profielen en zo gaan maken, maar ja dat 
zou wel kunnen lijkt me.

Ik heb net versie 0.9.9 naar de TER geupload, er zit nu ook documentatie 
bij.

Ik kan eventueel later wel uitgebreider naar typo3.nl kijken maar het is 
wel makkelijk om te weten wat de plannen en wensen zijn :)
