Open Source for higher education is as much an organizational-social

attempt to link the paradigm shifts in organizational models to the OS
movements aligned. Speakers will address questions related to OS such as:

- How do we both loop back creative improvements and distribute
technology to wider communities?
- Does this presuppose new arrangements with its proprietary providers
as well?
- How will all the affected sectors intersect, combine, recombine, and
self-organize?

We are proud to announce that one of the keynote speakers is Jane Massy,
who just completed a survey of the supply side of eLearning across 26
European countries for the European Commission to be published early 2005.
