also das funktioniert nicht. laut bugtracker ändert man

if ($TYPO3_CONF_VARS["BE"]["forceCharset"]=='utf-8') {

nach

if ($GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['forceCharset']=='utf-8') {

Dann funktioniert es.

ps: (allerdings stellt mein mailer die zeichen jetzt nicht mehr richtig
dar, trotz utf-8 zeichensatz)
