Když už máme tu českou TUG, mohla tato by posloužit jako místo, kde brněnská 
firma Omega Design, s.r.o. zveřejní v rámci GPL licence veškerý pozměněný 
kód systému TYPO3, který si sama diplomaticky řečeno rebrandovala na "Navigo 
CMS":

Kupříkladu chybí v generovaném kódu "napevno" kódovaný copyright:

což znamená minimálně pozměněný class.tslib_pagegen.php.

Does the GPL require that source code of modified versions be posted to the 
public?
The GPL does not require you to release your modified version, or any part 
of it. You are free to make modifications and use them privately, without 
ever releasing them.
....
But if you release the modified version to the public in some way, the GPL 
requires you to make the modified source code available to the program's 
users, under the GPL.

Jaký máte názor na takové počínání? Tedy na komerční prodej TYPO3 jako 
publikačního systému pod vlastní značkou a _vědomého_ odstraňování 
copyrightu?
