[TYPO3-translators] Bahasa Indonesia translation

Hi,

I would like starting the translation of TYPO3 in Bahasa Indonesia 
(Indonesian). Currently I only see translation of 2 Extension and no 
TYPO3 Core in Pootle. How can I add TYPO3 core in Bahasa Indonesia?
