[TYPO3-translators] TYPO3-translators Digest, Vol 74, Issue 3

I've found this bug report http://forge.typo3.org/issues/30919 which 
looks similar to this problem. I've updated it with a comment and hope 
that someone responds to that.

Tim: I would like to help in your effort, but we would need someone with 
experience on the translation project.
