[TYPO3-translators] Retrieve language file from Translation server

I had a look. EXT:version was wrongly configured and after digging into
the packaging script I found a missing synchronization call from DB to
filesystem which could cause packaging to "think" it packaged an
extension (and thus marked that no more job was needed until new text
update occurred) while in fact packaging an old list of labels. Don't
know if it happened for some packages but to be sure I removed the state
of all packages and I'm currently repackaging the whole (would be done
automatically this night anyway).
