Sorry I just add polish to dr_blog extension:

http://translation.typo3.org/pl/TYPO3.TYPO3.ext.dr_blob/

So extension are available on all languages, this will be solved during
the next one/two week. But now you can just ask on this mailing list to
add a language to an extension.
