[TYPO3-translators] romanian translation

My name is Tiberiu Contiu and I'm working with Typo3 for almost 5 years. I
love to see it grow and well known and appreciated worldwide. I want to
contribute myself to this by giving a helping hand to the translation team
for romanian language. I've seen that there's still a lot to translate and
not too much romanian volunteers.
