[TYPO3-translators] 100% Thai Translation CORE and WEC Extensions

Hi Dmitry or anybody else on this list.

How can we get the password as the Thai developer Dmitry mentioned is since
years not reachable at all!

We have the funding to be used until 1st April. So if we don't get an answer
we really need to translate it separate and branch the stuff to a separate
Thai version. This would be a pity IMHO but we don't want to loose the
funding + customer who finances this and actually it would be worth for
TYPO3.org to get also a Thai Version and later as we hope also the Chinese
Translation going for the community. If this gets blocked because we don't
have access to the server I am sorry to say this, but then we will translate
on our server as we also need to get this finished. It is up to you if you
want to have a Thai Version as Community Version or a Thai Version which
people can later order if they need it! Same applies to the Chinese version!
