[TYPO3-translators] 100% Thai Translation CORE and WEC Extensions

Hi

We have a Team of 3 People here who would like to translate TYPO3 Core
(starting with 4.4.alpha2) into Thai Language. And they also would like to
translate all WEC Extensions and Extensions we are using in our T3Pack.
Could you please advise us how to proceed. They have already started to
translate parts with llxmltranslate on our servers.
