[TYPO3-translators] 100% Thai Translation CORE and WEC Extensions

Hi we finished with core and some extension translations and now would like
to do more extensions:

Could someone please install the following extensions on the translation
server:

seminars

What does it actual mean when it is said: Could not fetch translation status
Does it mean that it is not possible tro translate those extensions?

Bangkla, Lao, Burmese, Khmer aren't existing right now in the translation
server how is it possible to create new translations? How can we start what
do we need to do?

Who is responsible for Vietnamese, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese trad, Chinese
simple, and Finnish?
