[TYPO3-translators] New French Canadian key : QC

Stanislas Rolland added a new French Canadian language key "QC" just in 
time for 4.5Beta3 (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=16842).

Could you please add the key to the Translation Server and give me 
access to this key (in private).

We already have more than 15 extensions + Core (total 47 exts) 
officially translated by our Government Agency responsible for 
respecting Québec's law.

Is there an easy way to copy the stuff into the Translation server ? 
Copy and paste thousands of fields isn't fun to imagine. ;)
