[TYPO3-translators] salutation support for translations

Hello,

the sr_feuser_register uses salutations.

E.g.

<label index="missing_password">Please enter a password!</label>
<label index="missing_password_informal">Please enter a password!</label>

This is the same for English, but it might be different with some 
languages, e.g. in German.

Is is necessary that the locallang.xml files contains all the texts 
twice for English, or can the duplicates be removed here? Does the 
translation server support salutations? Every text could be translated 
more than once depending on the number of supported salutations.

Many English texts are only available once at the moment. This is no 
problem with English, but in other languages you will not have the 
saluations if they are not inserted by the translators.

<label index="tooltip_login_username">Enter your username.</label>

There is no tooltip_login_username_informal at the moment, however it 
would be needed in German to have the text:
"Gib deinen Benutzernamen ein." instead of "Geben Sie Ihren 
Benutzernamen ein."
