[TYPO3-translators] Localization of Web > Template and Extension Manager

Hi,
Ok about the core, but how about the extension constants descriptions.
Is there some localization planned as well? Are the Hard coded?
The same goes for the configuration notes when installing an extension.

What is the planning for these?
