[TYPO3-translators] Update of sysexts

How can this be? I thought we don't ship "any" translation in typo3_src 
distributions? Translations are only fetched by TYPO3 Ext.Manager on 
demand (after installed).

Hm, ok, the "install" extension is something different, don't know how 
the "new installer" handles that.
