[TYPO3-translators] German Backend Translation

Hi guys,

I'm absolutely in favour of keeping the old wording "Template" for the 
Web->Template module.

In general, I propose that you, Michael, join the translation team and 
within the team you discuss things in the typo3.translation.german 
Newsgroup.
